5.9.6 Personalising the Feed

For companies that wish to receive or send messages defined in this standard it is often essential that the web server of a company knows who is calling one of its web services. This can be done with or without formal authentication (see sub-clauses 5.9.7 and 5.9.8). The benefit of using formal authentication is that it ensures that the information exchange is secure.
