5.6.2 Partial Catalogue Transfers

A partial Catalogue transfer should be described either by specifying individually the Musical Works that are part of the transfer:

• Communicating the commonly used name of that Catalogue;

• Listing all the Right Shares for the Musical Works that are part of the transfer;

• And setting the IsPartial flag, which tells the Licensee that it is a partial Catalogue transfer, to true.

or by specifying them indirectly:

• Communicating the commonly used name of that Catalogue;

• Listing all the Right Shares for all the Works;

• Listing all the Resources and/or Releases that define the Works that are part of the transfer (i.e. Works not used in any of the Resources and/or Releases would not be part of the transfer);

• And setting the IsPartial flag, which tells the Licensee that it is a partial Catalogue transfer, to true.
